CIBSE is looking for members’ views on what energy problems they would like government to address. Ideas will be discussed at CIBSE’s 2010 national conference.  Who is The CIBSE?

The Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers aims to:

support the Science, Art and Practice of building services engineering, by providing our members and the public with first class information and education services and promoting the spirit of fellowship which guides our work.'

CIBSE promotes the career of building services engineers by accrediting courses of study in further and higher education, by approving workbased training programmes and providing routes to full professional Registration and Membership, including Chartered Engineer, Incorporated Engineer and Engineering Technician. Once you are qualified, CIBSE offers you a range of services, all focussed on maintaining and enhancing professional excellence throughout your career.

What is the aim of this CIBSE Young Members Website?

The aim of this CIBSE Young Members website is to provide relevant, informative and up-to -date information under one roof for young members and non members of CIBSE.

Who is this website aimed at?

This website is aimed at:

  • 16-18 year olds who are looking at a career and study options in Building Services Engineering
  • Students who are studying Building Services Engineering or related courses/degrees
  • Graduates who are either graduating this year or who have already finished their studies and training
  • Young Prefessionals (anyone who is more than 3 years graduated) who are working in the industry and who are launching their careers in Building Services
  • Anyone who has an interest in Building Services careers, study options, CIBSE membership and much much more...

 

How to use this website

Sections: In the top menu find the section that is most relevant to you, for example 'Students'- all the information in this section has been written and selected to only be relevant* to this demographic of members/ non members- in this case everyone who is studying BSE or related courses.
